From Midwife to Celebrant

With a professional background as a midwife, I offer a calm, compassionate and deeply empathetic approach to ceremonies that honour life’s most meaningful milestones.

My experience in midwifery taught me the importance of active listening, emotional support and family-centred care — values I carry into every ceremony I create. I work closely with you to tell your loved one’s story in a way that feels authentic, heartfelt and uniquely personal.

I believe every family deserves choice in how they say goodbye, just as they do in birth. Whether you’re planning a traditional funeral, non-religious ceremony, spiritual tribute or a modern celebration of life, I’ll help you create a service that truly reflects the person being honoured.

I Come to You

When we work together, I take the time to truly get to know the person you’re celebrating. I meet you in your home — a place where you feel comfortable and safe — where we can share laughter, tears, and stories in privacy.

I love bringing out family photos during our meetings. These images spark memories that fill the room with joy, nostalgia, and sometimes sorrow, reminding us of the special moments you shared.
